Utilizing advanced CAD software and managing a fleet of precision 3D printers, she ensures every item—from the workshop's signature Mascot Coin to complex, custom daily living aids—is engineered to perfection.
Married to her husband for 38 years, Stephanie is a proud mother of three and grandmother of six. She built this benefit company with a singular, heartfelt purpose: to honor her father's legacy by bringing comfort, joy, and practical independence to veterans and those in care facilities. For Stephanie, the workshop is more than a business—it is a multi-generational family mission to pay kindness forward, one print at a time.

Jaime Keck
Director of Operations & Community Liaison
Jaime brings an invaluable perspective to the workshop as both the Director of Operations and a Certified Nursing Assistant. With a background in craft design and daily frontline experience in patient care, she knows exactly what types of mobility and dexterity aids will make a genuine difference in the lives of nursing home residents and patients.
A busy wife and mother, Jaime views the workshop as a beautiful opportunity to build a successful future alongside her family while actively benefiting the community. For Jaime, ensuring these practical, life-enhancing items reach the hands of those who need them most is the ultimate way to respect her Pap's memory and keep his spirit alive.

Jacob Shultz
Lead CAD Designer & Product Coordinator
Jake is the workshop's Lead CAD Designer, responsible for turning ideas into the physical tools that make up the family's donation bundles. A natural tinkerer who loves figuring out how things work, Jake combines his computer-aided design expertise and 3D printing knowledge to engineer products that are highly reliable, functional, and safe.
For Jake, the workshop provides an opportunity to apply his technical skills to a mission that truly matters. He finds immense personal reward in knowing the precise, custom items he designs on his screen today will be in the hands of veterans and community members tomorrow, directly improving their daily lives in his grandfather's honor.
